Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Immediate CPR and the use of a defibrillator significantly increase the chances of survival. By learning these skills, you become a potential lifesaver in your community, for your friends, family, or even a stranger.
What will you learn?
Our expert trainers will guide you through practical, hands-on sessions covering:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Learn the correct compressions and rescue breaths for adults and children.
Defibrillator Use: Understand how to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and when to use it.
