This FREE training session is your chance to gain life-saving skills that empower you to act confidently in an emergency. You'll learn essential techniques that can help keep someone alive until professional medical help arrives.


Why is this training so important?


Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Immediate CPR and the use of a defibrillator significantly increase the chances of survival. By learning these skills, you become a potential lifesaver in your community, for your friends, family, or even a stranger.


What will you learn?


Our expert trainers will guide you through practical, hands-on sessions covering:

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Learn the correct compressions and rescue breaths for adults and children.

  • Defibrillator Use: Understand how to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and when to use it.
